Emotionally Balanced He is the least emotional of his siblings. He tends to run on a fairly even keel, and his own biology helps to keep that balance. He is genuine and open with people he feels close to, but if you're someone new in his world, he's likely to be kind but indifferent. If you ask him, he'll tell you he simply doesn't have enough time or energy to care about everyone in the world. He can be emotional, obviously, especially when it pertains to people he loves. Threaten his family (and Jakob and the kids count in that) and he will happily end you.
Active/Hardworking He exercises, works his ass off, and loves to get down on the ground with the kids to play. He's pretty sure he'd cease to function if he had to remain still for a prolonged time (unless he's cuddling).
Dominant Though he's not overly so, he does have a dominant streak. Usually it only really shows when he's taking care of people. Especially people who are stubborn as hell (read: Jake) and/or don't take the best care of themselves (ditto).
Playful Always willing to play a game with the triplets, put on an apron to be the "baker" for a tea party, adores laughing with his friends, and games on the weekends when he's not exhausted.
Jealous Though he hates it about himself, he can be jealous. He's done his best to hold it in, but he knows it is something he has to always keep a rein on. He would never take his own emotions out on others on purpose, but sometimes it shocks him and comes out when he's least expecting it.

Build: Leanly muscled, enhanced by construction work
Hair: Dark brown to Black, depending on how much sun he's been in. He goes from short hair to letting it grow out to his shoulders, then chops it off again. Naturally curly, though as it gets longer it goes toward wavy curls instead of the tight curls he gets when it's short.
Eyes: Hazel, tends toward green-brown
Style: At work, he wears jeans and t-shirts, or goes shirtless depending on what he's doing on the work-site. At home, he prefers linen-type pants and casual shirts, or comfortable sleep pants with t-shirts. He enjoys wearing jewelry, but obviously can't wear most of it work. He started wearing eyeliner in his teens and feels naked without it.
